Settings → About has Report a problem and Suggest an improvement. Each opens a form on GitHub in your browser; the bug form already has your PlexusTerm version filled in. Nothing is sent until you submit the form there, and a GitHub account is needed. Remove passwords, keys and host names from what you write. Report security vulnerabilities privately, as the security policy explains, not in a public issue.
